*caveat: like many of the other reviews say, it’s imperative to attempt to practice good sleep hygiene in order for this product to have a shot at working. First times I didn’t and it kept me up for hours. I advise no screens before bedtime etc. and taking the capsules followed by immediately going to bed for a deep sleep experience. Enjoy!

Superior Sleep Quality

This product was made with great intention. It's stated and clear that you still have to practice good sleep habits and hygiene alongside this product. That includes an evening shower, minimal screens, meditation, etc. Anything you can do to relax yourself without substances that literally decrease your REM cycles at the cost of just sedating yourself *into* sleep.
Even if I'm in a position where I am going to have my sleep _quantity_ compromised, I can at least be comforted knowing my sleep _quality_ will be up there. Sleep data from my watch (FitBit) and the vivid-dreams are pretty clear indicators of heavy sleep. A great bonus is not feeling groggy in the morning, which is something I've experienced with just about everything else. I like this so much that it's a mandatory on travels now.
